All of my designs are laser engraved, meaning they are permanent and will last forever unlike vinyl that may peel off or fade over time. The tumblers are brand new and come with lid and straw. The tag is removed only for engraving, but is included when I ship your tumbler to you.

By purchasing this product, you are agreeing to purchase a made for you hand made item. This means
- production time is between 5-7 business days
- some small variations from the image may occur based on manufacturing differences that have occurred when your tumbler was produced, etc
- shipping times are not guaranteed. We work with some great shipping partners, but some times unexpected things occur
- if you are ordering a personalized item, we copy and paste the text you give us. If you misspell it, we will too.

I recommend hand-washing your tumblers for longevity. If you do use a dishwasher, please only put on the top rack.

These variations and blemishes are normally covered with the engraving and hardly noticeable. The vibrancy of your tumbler that shows when engraved varies due to the manufacturing process, I am not able to control the base cup coloring or vibrancy - each tumbler will be different and unique.
