3. Retain the lid and straw: If your cup came with a lid and straw, please keep them for your own use. We only require the cup itself for the engraving process
4. Package your cup securely: To prevent any damage during transit, package your cup securely. You can use bubble wrap, tissue paper, or other protective materials to provide adequate cushioning.
5. Obtain our mailing address: Once you have purchased the engraving service, we will provide you with our specific mailing address. This will ensure that your cup reaches us safely and promptly.
6. Send your cup: Visit your local post office or shipping service and send the cup to the provided mailing address. Please ensure that you choose a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance for added security.
7. Keep the tracking number: After sending the package, make sure to keep the tracking number provided by the shipping service. This will allow you to track the progress of your shipment and ensure its safe arrival.
8. Once we receive your cup, we will proceed with the engraving process according to your specifications. We will handle your cup with care and ensure that the engraving is done to perfection.
9. Once we have completed the engraving, we will carefully package and ship your tumbler back to you, ready to use or gift to someone special.
